That is why we offer free printer cleaning with all of our products. It is our goal to ensure that our customers get a full service experience when purchasing from Step Forward Activities. Our return policy is as follows,

Call 1-888-606-6166 to request a return label for your defective cartridge. At that time a Step Forward representative will be notified and sent to your facility to help you get back up and running, we will also send out a replacement cartridge. If upon arrival we test the cartridge and it is found to be defective you will not be charged for your replacement. However if we can not find any defects in the cartridge as a result of production you will be billed for the cartridges as well as any other expenses incurred.

Recycled paper comes with a greater volume of paper residue or loose pulp. This causes machines to require more frequent cleaning. Step Forward claims no responsibility for defective cartridges due to paper dust if customers are not using our free printer cleaning services.
