Step Forward Activities Cartridge Division insures that each cartridge purchased by our customers will meet the following guarantee and conditions:

• Each time we remanufacture a cartridge, it will preform as well as, or better than, a new cartridge from an original equipment manufacture as specified by O.E.M. published standards.
• If one of our cartridges should fail under normal usage, we will immediately replace it at no charge to the customer, upon notification.
• If used in accordance to the instructions provided by SFA with each cartridge and the directions in your printer’s owner manual, we will pay for any service to your printer caused by our cartridge that would not be reasonably excepted from the use of an O.E.M. cartridge, with prior approval from Step Forward Activities.
• Use of our cartridge, or cartridge remanufacturing service, will not result in the cancellation of your manufacturer’s warranty.
• Cartridges are guaranteed against failure for 120 days from the original purchase date , if stored according to normal conditions.
