Step Forward Activities strong sense of community comes from the same standard values as those around us. Weather within the walls of the Powder River correctional facility in Baker City, working with local focus groups in John Day, or building relationships with customers along I-5 we are committed to listening to the needs of our community and then helping to accomplish those needs in any way we can.
